HATHAYOGA
|
||
The wonderful thing about yoga is that it benefits the mind and spirit as well as the body. Confidence, concentration, focus, awareness, attitude, discipline – all aspects of one's life - receive a tremendous boost. The path of Yoga most commonly followed is Hatha Yoga, the path of physical postures. Yoga gently rejuvenates the body, the muscles are toned, circulation is stimulated and overall health is improved. By restoring the body, Yoga frees the mind from the negative feelings caused by the fast pace of modern life. It is a complete system for personal development, promoting total physical and spiritual well-being. |
