WHAT MAKES A GOOD BOSS?
Good Bosses are few and far between.
If you are one, remains to be seen!
The number one rule and this is a fact.
When dealing with employees, always use TACT.
A good boss DELEGATES and gives AUTONOMY.
It’s really the best way to beat the economy!
Point number four, you mustn’t forget
Is that they are humans – they’re not perfect.
Realise your staff will make mistakes.
A little PATIENCE is all it takes.
How are you doing? Four out of four?
Well read on dear boss, ‘cause here comes some more …
Another point (and this is a must),
In your employees, you must always have TRUST.
Know your staff and show that you care.
If they have a hassle, you should be there.
You’ll also find that APPRECIATION
Wins your staff’s loyalty and dedication.
All it takes is a pat on the head.
(Although more money would do instead!)
One final point: you never must laugh
At ideas thought up by your own staff.
It shows that they’re keen and using their brain.
ENCOURAGE them and they’ll do it again.
If you follow these points, I guarantee
Your staff are happy – most definitely!
Their boss is THOUGHTFUL, CONSIDERATE and KIND
Working for her is certainly not a bind.
